U.S. ROTC cadets participate in a basic training course with Korean ROTC cadets at Army Cadet Command yesterday in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. The 24 U.S. cadets will stay in Korea until July 15 as part of an exchange of military culture between the two countries. By Byun Sun-goo
