The Northeast Asia Trade Tower, which lies within the Incheon Free Economic Zone in Songdo, stands waiting for construction to resume in this photo taken yesterday. Construction was stopped in December because of unpaid building costs, but work on the remaining 25 percent of the building is set to resume June 27. When complete, the 305-meter (1,001-foot) tower will be the tallest building in Korea.
