About 100 Army engineers build a portable Bailey bridge in Jangheung, Gyeonggi, to replace the Samsang Bridge, which was flooded in last week’s deluge. A Bailey bridge is a pre-fabricated, truss bridge designed for military operations, and the Army said the bridge will remain for three months to help residents during the repair period. [YONHAP]
