Han mends fences with KBS, not crew
Actor Eric Mun, who plays opposite Han on the KBS drama “Spy Myeong-wol,” posted on his Twitter account yesterday that he and other members of the cast and production crew were disappointed at the disruptions caused by the actions of the actress, who returned to Korea on Wednesday.
“Is there really a dramatic reconciliation?” Mun wrote. “Due to the promise with viewers [not to suspend the airing of the drama] and due to the contract [with the broadcaster], we have decided to do our best to finish this drama as scheduled, but it is difficult to act like nothing happened.”
He did not directly criticize Han, but supported a statement issued by the crew on Wednesday that Han did not show the proper consideration for other members of the team. The statement suggested that Han’s prima donna behavior caused disruptions to the schedule that had made filming harder for all.
Meanwhile, KBS announced it had received an apology from the actress. “Han sincerely apologized to the staff and shed tears of regret. Regarding her [earlier] comments ... she did not know the proper way of apologizing at that time,” said Ko Young-tak, a senior producer of the drama.

KBS “한예슬 사과 받아들이겠다”
KBS가 한예슬의 복귀를 받아들이고 월화극 '스파이 명월'의 촬영을 정상화한다고 밝혔다.
KBS 측은 17일 오후 보도자료를 통해 "주연배우 잠적으로 드라마 대체 편성 등 제작에 차질을 빚은 '스파이 명월' 촬영이 내일부터 정상화된다. 한예슬이 귀국 즉시 KBS 드라마국을 찾아 머리 숙여 사죄하면서 촬영 복귀 의사를 밝혔으며 KBS 측도 전격적으로 복귀 결정을 내렸다"고 전했다.
이어서 "한예슬은 고영탁 KBS 드라마국장과 면담을 가진 자리에서 '드라마를 파행으로 몰고 간 것에 대해 우선 사과하고, KBS와 동료 연기자, 스태프, 제작진 그리고 방송사상 초유의 결방사태를 경험한 시청자 여러분들에게 머리숙여 사죄한다'고 밝혔다"고 말했다.
또한, "한예슬이 '공항에서는 기자들이 너무 많아 당황스러워서 충분히 사과하지 못했는데, 드라마 주연배우로서 책임을 생각하지 못했고 너무 교만했었다는 것을 인정한다'고 밝혔으며 '낮은 자세로 처음 드라마를 시작하는 신인의 마음으로 최선을 다해 현장에서 사랑받는 연기자로 거듭나고 싶다'고 사과의사를 전달했다"고 덧붙였다.
KBS측에 따르면 한예슬은 황인혁PD와도 면담을 갖고 "의중을 오해해 이같은 사태가 벌어졌다. 앞으로 오해를 풀고 촬영에 매진하겠다"고 화해의 뜻을 전했다. 황인혁 PD 역시 "앞으로 현장에서 틈틈이 시간을 가지고 오해를 풀자"며 화답했다.
앞서 한예슬 소속사 싸이더스 HQ 측도 보도자료를 내고 "많은 분들께 심려를 끼쳐드려 죄송하다. 에릭을 포함한 동료배우들과 스태프 여러분께 진심으로 사과드린다. 질타의 말씀들을 가슴깊이 새겨 부족하지만 남은 책임을 다하기 위해 온 힘을 다해 노력할 것을 약속드린다"고 사과했다.
