래드클리프 역시 최근 인터뷰에서 “지난 10년간은 멋진 나날이었지만 ‘마술을 부려 보라’는 말은 더 이상 듣고 싶지 않다. 누군가 연극 ‘에쿠우스’에서 정말 훌륭했다고 말해줬을 때가 가장 기뻤다”고 고충을 털어놨다. 차기작 ‘우먼 인 블랙’의 첫 장면에선 데뷔 후 처음으로 ‘안경을 쓰지 않은’ 그의 얼굴이 화면 가득 클로즈업된다. 성장에 이어 변신에도 성공할지 기대된다.

He ⓑadded that he was happiest when someone complemented his acting in the play Equus. His ⓒnext film, and first ⓓsince the end of Harry Potter series, is “The Woman in Black,” and it starts with a close-up of Daniel Radcliffe, ⓔwho appears without his glasses for the first time. And his fans will get to see how Daniel Radcliffe is all grown up and not the little Harry Potter any more.
