Ha Myeng-keun (right), commissioner of the Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone, and Tanaka Hisashi, chief executive of Fujikin Korea, hold up a signed MOU last week. The $20 million deal involves building a factory at the Hwajeon Industrial Complex with Fujikin, a leading Japanese producer of semiconductors and LCDs.
