The K-League went on a 13-day hiatus during the World Athletics Championships in Daegu, but from this weekend, the 16 clubs will resume their action.
The third-place FC Seoul will travel to Daegu to extend their seven-game winning streak.
The team’s attack is led by Montenegrin striker Dejan Damjanovic, who is the league’s top scorer with 19 goals in 22 matches.
Daegu beat Seoul 2-0 in their first encounter in May, but the host didn’t get a single victory in last seven matches. The team currently sits at 13th in the league table.
