Walk of shame
Kim Du-woo, former senior secretary to the president for public relations, enters the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office yesterday to be questioned over allegations that he received about 100 million won ($87,260) from a key lobbyist for Busan Savings Bank. Park Tae-kyu, the lobbyist, allegedly bribed the presidential aide along with a handful of other government officials and politicians last year in a bid to help the troubled savings bank avoid business suspension.
