Trainer reveals how Ko lost weight
On a KBS variety show that aired on Friday, Jung said that Ko has long arms and legs and that her exercise routine revolved around firming up these areas and giving those areas more shape. The trainer said that because of Ko’s hectic work schedule, she decided to plan her workouts in the space of just three months, with an emphasis on intense strength training for the actress during that time.
Jung also added that Ko has a rather weak spine and that she tried to train her physically to improve her posture and emphasize her assets, which are her long arms and legs.
Meanwhile, Ko’s recent weight loss had her fans buzzing online, with numerous posts complimenting her newly slender figure and requesting that she reveal her secret. Others however, commented that her weight loss has somewhat aged her face.
