Bourse rebounds
Dealers at Korea Exchange Bank in central Seoul smile as the Kospi surges by more than 2 percent to recover past the 1,900-point mark after two trading days yesterday. The euro zone crisis seems to be subsiding as Italian Silvio Berlusconi stepped down last week as Italian president. Italy’s president appointed former European Commissioner Mario Monti on Sunday to lead the new government tasked with steering the country out of the debt crisis. [YONHAP]
