Asiana’s top spot confirmedThe Korean Standards Association (KSA) certified Asiana Airlines as the country’s No.1 airline in its 2011 Korean Standard Service Quality Index for the airline sector yesterday.
The nation’s No.2 airline company after Korean Air this year won the top certificate for the airline sector at this year’s Korean Customer Satisfaction Index, organized by Korea Management Association Consultants on Nov. 3.
In March, the company collected the first-prize certificate for the airline sector at the 2011 National Customer Satisfaction Index Awards, organized by the Korea Productivity Center.
