According to the agency, TVXQ’s calendar shows the members in an outdoor setting, while Super Junior’s calendar took a more artistic approach with a lot of monotone backgrounds. Popular girl band Girls’ Generation used a lot of improvisation for their calendar shots and SHINee members utilized a lot of props to convey a sense of fun.
SM Entertainment is known for producing various products featuring its groups.
On Dec. 8 Girls’ Generation released an official photo album in Japan which sold 17,000 copies in its first week, and on Dec. 13 three members of SHINee launched a travel diary of their holiday in Barcelona. The diary by Key, Onew and Taemin is expected to be a hit with fans of the band.
