G.Na uses Twitter to convey sadness about grandfather’s passing
On Dec. 20, singer G.Na told fans on Twitter that her grandfather had died.
“My granddad was always there for me. I can’t believe he’s gone. I didn’t even get to tell him I love him.” The star said because her grandfather was in Canada, that she didn’t get to see so much of him before he passed.
Furthermore, the solo artist said that despite her sadness her schedule must go on.
“To go on working during this difficult time is possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever lived through. I will keep to my schedule though. I will soldier on!”
Fans have consoled G.Na by replying, “Cheer up G.Na,” “You must be heart-broken” and “I am so glad you are trying your best to keep going.”
G.Na made her debut into K-pop last year and has already performed for international audiences. On Dec. 13 G.Na was in Sao Paulo with other artists from her agency Cube Entertainment to perform at the “United Cube Concert.”
Before the stop in Sao Paulo, Brazil, featured artists of the concert were in London, performing for European audiences at the 02 Brixton Academy, where Madonna and Marilyn Manson have performed.
