T-ara’s Eun Jung injures her knee
“Eun Jung was taken to the emergency room immediately and was told that she had ruptured the supporting structures in her knee-cap,” the agency said. “She received treatment on the spot and returned for a check-up on Jan. 25, where she underwent a joint aspiration procedure.”
The doctor told the singer that her estimated recovery time is about six weeks. Eun Jung’s agency said it will adjust the singer’s schedule if necessary, depending on her progress.
The last few weeks have been a trying period for the idol group member. Early in the month, Eun Jung was seen wearing a compression bandage on her ankle during dance practice after injuring herself while stepping down from the stage at MBC’s “Korea Music Festival” on Dec. 31. T-ara is currently busy promoting its new song “Lovey Dovey.”
