Korean envoys examine a guide on K-pop stars yesterday at the Government Complex in Jongno District, central Seoul, during the seminar “Hallyu for Diplomats Abroad.” The seminar is part of an annual gathering of the heads of the country’s overseas diplomatic posts, which began Monday and continues until Friday.
