Lee to sue former assistants

Lee In-hye
Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office announced on Feb. 23 that two former assistants to the star have been indicted for spreading rumors about Lee to the media.
“The two told an Internet news Web site in June last year that Lee did not write her own book, but that there was a ghost writer who wrote the book on her behalf. They also told the reporter that while overseas, Lee had reprimanded a program director to the point of making him kneel in front of her,” said a representative from the Prosecutors’ Office.
Through investigation the prosecutors said that they found no truth to the claims made by the vexed employees, who they claimed were, “Furious that their work contract was not renewed in May.” Thus the lies were thought to have been spread by the two as revenge.
The 31-year-old actress made her debut in 1992 through the KSB network. Having graduated from Korea University in 2010 she published a book titled “Whatever Your Dream, Studying is the Foundation.”
