New Lilly Korea chief stresses commitment to innovation

Lilly Korea, an affiliate of the global pharmaceutical firm Eli Lilly, announced yesterday that it appointed Paul Henry Huibers as its new president on Thursday.

Huibers has served as the company’s general manager for the region known as LACMASS, or Latin and Central American Middle & Small countries. Born in the Netherlands, he has rich experience in sales and marketing as he has been with Eli Lilly since 1990, serving as sales and marketing manager in various countries including the United States, Brazil, Portugal and the Netherlands. “I am personally privileged to be the leader of the Korean affiliate,” he said.

“I am committed to keep building Lilly Korea as a trusted pharmaceutical company that brings innovative medicines to Korean patients and contribute to help people live healthier lives.”
