Yesterday at Incheon’s Sungui Arena Park, people check out football cleats made by North Korean workers at China’s Dandong factory. Local team Incheon United made a partial investment in the factory and 25 workers from the North make the cleats there under the guidance of South Korean craftsman Kim Bong-hak. [YONHAP]
