Easter eggs are on display at a Sorb market in Schleife, about 160 kilometers (100 miles) south-east of Berlin, on March 24. The eggs are colorfully painted and decorated with hot wax for the Easter holidays, a tradition in Sorb families. Sorbs are an ethnic Slavic German minority located near the German-Polish border.
