LSIS brings Iraqi minister to Korea on thank-you trip

LS Industrial Systems Vice Chairman & CEO Koo Ja-kyun, right, and a deputy minister at Iraq’s Ministry of Electricity, Amer Abdul Majeed, shake hands at the LS Tower in Anyang, Gyeonggi, yesterday. Koo invited the Iraqi minister to Korea after LSIS won a $207 million order for 100 power substations in Iraq last year and became the first Korean company in the Iraqi market, which is dominated by European companies.
