Top jewelry brands heading to Seoul this month for fair

About 320 of the world’s top jewelry brands will showcase design trends during the 10th Jewelry Fair Korea set to be held at Seoul’s COEX from April 19 to 22, organizers said yesterday.

Jointly organized by the Korea International Trade Association and nine jewelry industry organizations, the fair will exhibit fine jewelry, diamonds, pearls, gemstones, watches and clocks, fashion jewelry and accessories, tools and equipment, and jewelry publications. The display area covers 10,348 square meters (111,384 square feet) in Hall C of COEX in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul. Six companies, including Manuelli Gioielli SRL of Italy will show their art jewelry items.

The fair will also feature pavilions from Asian nations including Thailand and Hong Kong.

The show will be opened to buyers on April 19 and 20 and ordinary visitors on April 21 and 22. For more information, visit the fair’s Web site at www.jewelfair.com.
