Reporters pepper Cho Hyun-oh, center, former commissioner of the National Police Agency, with questions at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office in Seocho District, southern Seoul. Cho was summoned by prosecutors for questioning in a libel investigation over his remarks in 2010 indicating that late-President Roh Moo-hyun had a slush fund in a bank account under a borrowed name. Roh’s family has sued Cho for libel. Cho yesterday declined to comment on his slush fund remarks. By Choi Seung-shik
