Bags are attached to trees in Jung District, central Seoul, to provide water and nutrients as the country is undergoing its worst drought in a century. Seoul’s rainfall total since May stands at 10.6 millimeters (four-tenths of an inch), just 7 percent of the 145.9 millimeters of rain that fell during the same period, last year. [YONHAP]
