“Get aware of the latte factor to get rich”라고 하면 ‘부자가 되려면 자잘한 돈 씀씀이를 조심하라’는 뜻이 된다.

ⓐ Listen, if you wanna be rich. → The road to riches right in our pockets
ⓑ Do you want to be rich? It’s easy. Don’t spend a dime. → Want to be rich? It’s easy: Don’t spend a dime.
ⓒ his or her → their 예전에는 his만 쓰다가 남녀평등 차원에서 his or her이 나온 것인데 자연스럽지 않은 표현이라 their를 많이 쓰는 추세임, 하지만 단수를 복수로 받아야 하는 문제가 있음

ⓕ many a mickle makes a muckle. → a won saved is a won earned ‘티끌 모아 태산’보다는 ‘한 푼 아낀 것이 한푼 번 것’이라는 속담이 내용상 아끼는 것의 중요성을 말하고 있어 더 적절함, 원래 영어 속담에서는 won이 아니라 penny가 쓰임
ⓖ being liberal with spending → spending liberally

ⓐ“The latte factor” is an expression coined by investment guru David Bach. ⓑIt refers to the fact - which should be obvious - that ⓒregular spending on small purchases ⓓ can add up ⓔ
to a huge amount of money over time. Cutting back on that daily mocha or latte could translate into big savings at the end of the year. Financial planners advise clients to remember the latte factor if they want to build wealth.
