Air China opens online check-ins for Beijing flights

China’s national flag carrier Air China has launched an online service for passengers flying from Seoul in a bid to provide convenience to a growing number of visitors to China.

Under Air China’s new online check-in service, passengers from the Korean capital can check in on the company’s Web site for flights headed to Beijing.

Korea’s international air passenger traffic to China has been steadily growing.

Korea also has recently seen a sharp rise in visitors from China, with 1.19 million visiting in the first six months of this year.

The figure was a 29.9 percent increase on-year. China Air runs 282 routes in 30 countries.
