The long march
About 600 employees and executives at Hanwha Group marched 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) along hiking courses near the group’s training center in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi, on Thursday as part of the group’s celebration of its 60th anniversary. For every kilometer an employee walked, 10,000 won ($8.70) was donated by the group, totaling 120 million won at the end of the day. The fund will be used to help poor and sick members of society.
