When it rains

Soldiers clear an apartment complex parking lot after a landslide resulting from heavy rains yesterday in Soryong-dong, Gunsan, North Jeolla. Over 50 cars were flooded after 444 millimeters (17.4 inches) of rain fell starting Monday. People were forced to vacate their homes and stores and factories were shut down.By Kim Seong-tae
