Park Soo-hyun to wed
The 35-year-old actor announced that he would walk down the aisle to wed his 30-year-old fiancée at a wedding hall in southern Seoul on Sept. 14.
Ahead of the big day, Park released pictures of the couple that were shot at a studio recently.
The couple met through Park’s manager and has decided to take the leap of faith after eight years together.
Park’s bride-to-be is a postgraduate student at Sogang University who specializes in English literature.
The ceremony will be presided over by a pastor from Park’s local church, while Park’s friend, actor Park Jung-chul, will host.
The couple is also being praised by the wedding planner it has hired for being “a practical couple.”
According to a spokesperson from the organization, the two are opting for a no-frills approach to their wedding, as seldom seen in celebrity affairs.
