Dokdo hall opens

A model of the Dokdo islets that is one-120th of actual size is displayed at a newly built exhibition hall in the Northeast Asian History Foundation in Seoul. The state-sponsored hall, aimed at boosting public awareness of Dokdo as Korean territory, opened for the first time in the country yesterday. About 2.3 billion won ($2.1 million) of public-private money was invested in the hall. By Shin In-seop
