Haha keeps vigil by Byul at her father’s funeral

After singer Byul’s father passed away on Oct. 15, her fiancée, singer Haha, has been by her side, receiving mourners — friends and family members — who have come to pay their respects at the Yonsei Severance Hospital funeral parlor in Sinchon, western Seoul.
Although typically it is family who keep the vigil, Haha has already filed for marriage to Byul ahead of their nuptials next month.
Thus he is set to stay with Byul for the next two days and play his part as a husband.
“They filed for the paper about a month and a half ago,” said Haha’s spokesperson.
“Haha is saddened that his father-in-law won’t be at the wedding and is determined to play his role as a dutiful son-in-law,” said his representative.
