Pay or we don’t play
Nearly 600 members of the Korea Broadcasting Actors Union call on KBS yesterday to pay its actors and actresses 1.3 billion won ($1.19 million) for their appearances on KBS programs at a rally in Yeouido, western Seoul. The union also said they would boycott working on KBS dramas and entertainment programs, starting yesterday, until the state-run broadcaster pays the members. [YONHAP]
