Pump slump
A signboard at a gas station in Seoul shows yesterday a liter of gasoline at 1,853 won ($6.41 per gallon) and diesel, 1,699 won. According to the Korea National Oil Corporation, fuel costs have been on the downward slide for nine straight weeks. Gasoline prices last week were down 12.9 won on week to average 1,957.3 won per liter; diesel dropped 10.2 won to 1,779.2 won; and kerosene, 1,394.5 won, down 5.7 won. [YONHAP]
