People enjoy various activities in booths set up along Sejongno at the Gwanghwamun Plaza, central Seoul, to celebrate the second festival on the pedestrian road. For the second time this year, the city government closed the road to pedestrian traffic only. Visitors enjoyed a foreigners’ flea market and various cultural performances, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to expand activities. By Kim Do-hun
