Houston Rockets win one for their mourning coach
HOUSTON - The Houston Rockets made their mourning coach, Kevin McHale, proud.James Harden had 24 points with a career-high-tying 12 assists, Patrick Patterson scored a season-high 22 and the Rockets beat the visiting Toronto Raptors, 117-101, on Tuesday night for their third straight win.
The Rockets were playing their first game since McHale’s daughter Sasha died Saturday at the age of 23, after a long battle with lupus, an auto immune disease.
