Seniors at Dunsan Girls’ High School in Daejeon yesterday carefully check their scores on the College Scholastic Ability Test, the most important factor in college admission, which were released yesterday. The Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation announced that the Korean portion of the exam was easier than last year’s, with 14,625 students, or 2.36 percent, scoring 100 percent compared to 0.28 percent (1,825) last year. This year, there were 392 students who scored 100 percent on the three core sections of the exam, compared to 171 last year. [NEWSIS]
