Overseas voters
Korean residents in Almati, Kazakhstan, cast their ballots at the Korean Education Center yesterday for the Dec. 19 presidential election. Starting yesterday, overseas residents in 110 countries will be able to cast their votes for the election until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday Korean time. Around 223,500 overseas residents registered to vote.
