Kids get printed
Kids have their fingerprints taken at a day care center in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul, yesterday, as part of a nationwide effort to combat the missing children problem. The National Police Agency said that registering fingerprints of children helped decrease the number of missing children by 3.3 percent on-year in 2012. By Ahn Seong-sik
