Hancomm ad agency joins hands with Y&R in the U.S.

Hancomm, an advertising agency affiliated with Hanwha Group, signed a partnership deal with a U.S. advertising company Y&R, under the world’s No. 1 communication group WPP, Hanwha said yesterday.

Under the contract, the two companies will build a strong partnership to help Hancomm expand its presence beyond the domestic market. Hancomm will be able to use proprietary tools and research systems of Y&R, including brand asset valuator data and Generation Asia. “It will enable us to upgrade our integrated marketing communication efforts through diverse channels in this rapidly changing world environment,” said Chang Il-hyung, CEO of Hancomm.
