[NEW RELEASES] ROSSYPPIt’s been a long, cold winter, and you might be feeling the chill right down into your soul. For those who feel their hearts have frozen, RossyPP comes to the rescue. She’s back with more warmly glowing love stories on her new album “Romantica.”
The winter is tough, but it does offer tantalizing hope for the arrival of spring and maybe even new love.
In the song “The Season of Romance,” the vocalist sings that she does love the winter, despite the fact that it gives you “a sore throat, tonsillitis, cold hands and feet, the flu, and the blues.”
RossyPP has dug deep on this offering, mining genres as diverse as soul, rock, ballad singing and bossa nova. Her soft vocal offerings have been winning her praise from celebrities like Horan from Clazziquai and Lucid Paul.
On the first track, “Hope It’s Not Too Late,” she runs to a guy who she has finally realized is “the one.” With its bright piano and steady drumbeat, you might just feel like spring has finally sprung.
