Kim Jang-hoon seeks U.S. adventure
“Although people say that Kim Jang-hoon comes up when talking about passion, I feel like my current passion is fake,” he said on his blog. “Whether sun will shine on my way to the future or thunderstorms await, I think I may be able to find a new engine that I have never thought of before.”
He added that staying where he is right now in Korea seems more dangerous than going overseas, although others may see the latter as a more audacious move.
“My departure could sadden my family, friends and fans, but this challenge can also serve as hope for the middle-aged,” he explained. “I want to have them believe that people our age can also take on new challenges.
He will leave Korea on April 7 and head to the United States to begin his adventure, which has been dubbed “Miracle Tour.”
