Rectify wrong hiring practices

The synchronized action of the judiciary and the government will most likely send considerable repercussions to a number of workplaces around the country./ 사법부와 정부의 공동 조치는 전국의 많은 사업장에 대해 상당한 영향을 끼칠 전망이다/ Companies which have relied on indirect hiring to make up for their labor shortage would have to either place the unreported workers on official payroll or cease the supply contracts with their suppliers and return the workers to their original employers./ 노동력 부족 문제를 메우기 위해 간접적인 고용에 의존했던 기업들은 이제 신고하지 않았던 노동자를 공식적인 급여 명부에 올리거나 하청업체와의 공급 계약을 중단하고 본래의 고용주에게 노동자를 돌려보내야 할 형편이 되었다/Under the current labor law, any form of dispatch work is deemed illegal except for some fields that require special expertise, technology and experience./ 현재의 노동법에서는 모든 형태의 파견 근로는 특별한 전문지식이나 기술과 경험을 요구하는 일부 분야를 제외하고는 모두 불법으로 간주하고 있다/

If using a staff of subcontractors is illegal, it should be stopped./ 만약 하청업체의 직원을 사용하는 것이 불법이라면 그것을 중지하는 것이 당연하다/ But if the action can hurt corporate management and employment in the long run, authorities should revise the labor laws to better incorporate the employer’s situation as well./ 그러나 만약 그러한 조치가 장기적인 관점에서 기업 관리와 고용을 해친다면 당국은 또한 고용주의 상황을 개선하기 위해 노동법을 개정해야 할 것이다/ Authorities could extend the scope of legal hiring of dispatched workers or enhance flexibility in regular work hiring guidelines./ 당국은 파견 근로자의 합법적인 고용의 범위를 확대할 수도 있고 정규직 고용 가이드라인과 관련한 유연성을 높일 수도 있다/ They could also introduce the halfway type of work between regular and nonregular work force that is currently under consideration in Japan./ 또한 당국은 최근 일본이 고려하고 있는 정규직과 비정규직의 중간 형태인 준정규직을 도입할 수도 있다/
