South Korean workers walk into the customs, immigration and quarantine office in Paju, Gyeonggi, near the inter-Korean border, yesterday to head to work at the Kaesong Industrial Complex. Though North Korea threatened to shut down the border factory complex on Saturday, the operation ran as usual yesterday. By Kim Seong-ryong
