Mount Bukhan in northern Seoul is covered with snow yesterday morning after temperatures dropped over the previous night. The Korea Meteorological Administration said the country will see colder weather today than the average temperature of recent years. The morning low of Seoul is expected to be 3 degrees Celsius (37.4 Fahrenheit), and the daytime high will be 14 degrees Celsius. By Kim Sung-ryong
