Hankook Tire bolsters ultra-high performance lineup
Hankook Tire said it has released two new ultra-high performance (UHP) tires, targeting young customers and drivers of large sedans.The company introduced Ventus S1 noble2, which best suit mid-size and large sedans, and released the Ventus V2 concept2 targeting young customers looking for economy and performance.
The company said sales from UHP tires last year were 1.7 trillion won ($1.5 billion) worldwide, compared to 322 billion won in 2007.
