Plea to Pyongyang

South Korean businessmen who own factories at the Kaesong Industrial Complex convene a press meeting yesterday at the headquarters of Kbiz (Korea Federation of Small and Medium-sized Businesses) in Yeouido, western Seoul, to urge Pyongyang to allow them to visit the inter-Korean venture park in order to retrieve their assets from the complex. But Pyongyang responded by saying the Seoul government should clarify if they want to resume operations at the complex first. [NEWSIS]
