British sportswear brandon GS Homeshopping

British sportswear company Lonsdale made its sales debut in Korea through GS Homeshopping. According to the Korean homeshopping company yesterday, Lonsdale received a positive response from customers with more than 10,000 products sold in the two weeks since it was introduced.

Lonsdale has roughly 400 stores in the United Kingdom and 200 in Europe and Asia. The company was founded by former boxer Bernard Hart in 1960 and named after Hugh Cecil Lowther, fifth earl of Lonsdale, who organized the world’s first boxing matches with gloves in 1891.

Korean-Japanese mixed martial arts fighter Yoshihiro Akiyama, also known as Choo Sung-hoon to fans, is the official model for U.K. sportswear.
