After North Korea accepted a proposal for a working-level meeting at Panmunjom yesterday, South-North ties, which have been frosty since the February 2011 military meeting to resolve the Cheonan and Yeonpyeong attacks, finally seem to be thawing. Both sides agreed to have a ministerial-level meeting on Wednesday.
