4 Hyundai models named top performing vehicles
Hyundai Motor Group said yesterday four of its models have been selected as top performing vehicles in the 2013 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.The award is based on a customer survey in the United States. AutoPacific, an automotive consulting firm, asks 52,000 new-vehicle owners to rate 51 attributes of their cars from interior comfort to performance.
AutoPacific selected winners in 22 categories after examining 294 models from 33 brands.
Hyundai saw its Genesis top the Aspirational Luxury Car category, while its compact hatchback Veloster won in the Sporty Car category.
Kia’s K5 (known as Optima overseas) won in the Midsize Car category, while the Sportage R claimed the Compact Crossover SUV award.
