Colonel Park Shin-han of the recovery operation unit of the Ministry of Defense presents a certificate confirming the identification of First Sergeant Jeong Cheol-ho, who was killed in action just 10 days before the armistice ended hostilities in the 1950-53 Korean War, to members of his family at their home in Ulsan yesterday.
