Korea’s first dance survival audition show, “Dancing 9,” which invites talented dancers to compete, was unveiled as Mnet presented a press conference with the judges and MCs on the show on Wednesday at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, southwestern Seoul.
Chief Producer Kim Yong-beom, who produced the cable channel’s survival singing audition program “Superstar K” from season one to three, took the lead in creating the new entertainment show.
Idol stars including Lee Min-woo of Shinhwa and Hyoyeon and Yuri of Girls’ Generation will also be the judges on the show that will choose the best dancer in Korea.
The show will start July 20.
